By creating an account or using My Hangar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Horizon Air Services LLC ("Horizon," "we," "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
My Hangar is a digital tool that helps aircraft owners organize flight, maintenance, expense, and document information for their own aircraft. The App is a convenience and organizational aid only.
My Hangar is not an FAA-approved logbook and is not a substitute for the pilot logbooks, aircraft logbooks, maintenance records, or other documents required by applicable aviation regulations. Horizon strongly recommends that every owner and pilot continue to maintain original paper or FAA-recognized logbooks and records in conjunction with My Hangar, and that any digital entry be verified against those authoritative records.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Aviation data displayed in the App — including flight, time, maintenance, and expense figures — may be incomplete, estimated, imported from third parties, or entered manually, and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horizon Air Services LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, the App or any information displayed in it. This includes, without limitation, any reliance on flight, maintenance, currency, airworthiness, or expense data that may be incorrect or incomplete. You use the App entirely at your own risk.
You are solely responsible for verifying all information, complying with all applicable aviation regulations, and maintaining the records required by law. Do not rely on the App for airworthiness, currency, maintenance due, or regulatory compliance determinations.
Some features import or display data from third parties such as FlightAware. Horizon does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party data, and disclaims any liability arising from it.
You are responsible for your account and its activity. Subscription features and pricing are shown in the App and may change. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time from your Profile.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
